3–5 years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience
At least 1–2 end-to-end implementation projects in OTL & Absence
Management
Experience in support and enhancement projects preferred
Participate in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion OTL and
Absence Management
Conduct requirement gathering sessions and design workshops with
business stakeholders
Configure Time & Labor rules, layouts, and time processing profiles
Configure Absence types, plans, accrual rules, and eligibility profiles
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD) and configuration
workbooks
Conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilot) and UAT sessions
Support integrations between OTL, Absence, Payroll, and Core HR
Work closely with technical team for HDL loads, reports, and
customizations
Provide go-live and post-go-live support
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues
