Productivity – Cost per unit Produced

Ensure effective planning to achieve 100% DDP (Due Date Performance) an d zero Red Orders.

Maintain smooth HR relations and ensure discipline within the department.

Lean and continuous improvement

Play active role in Stock reduction and Sample work orders and testing

Establish preventive maintenance schedules for all tools and fixtures.

Reverse engineering of new product and setting up the production process

Design and develop in-house product drawings.

Work closely with R&D for new diamond tool product development and trials

Review, approve, and improve designs for molds, dies, jigs, fixtures, and special tools

Handle and maintain all NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements).

Strictly implementing and follow lSO Methods & SOP’s

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on unit performance

Track and improve KPls such as: Due date performance, CPK, Downtime reduction, Cost savings etc.,

Any other time to time requirement
