Manage requisitions from intake to offer acceptance for assigned roles.
Source and screen candidates, ensuring high-quality
submissions from LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri portal, employee referrals and
other applicable job boards.
Collaborate with internal teams (Human Resources, Resource Management,
and Business leaders) to ensure smooth hiring processes.
Coordinate and schedule interviews directly with candidates and interview
teams, ensuring a smooth, positive experience for all participants
Keep candidates and hiring teams informed and engaged throughout the
process, providing timely follow-up and clear communication
Prepare candidate summaries, facilitate feedback collection, and lead or
contribute to debrief sessions
Draft and extend offer letters, ensuring compliance with firm policies
Identify risks and escalate appropriately
Balance speed of delivery with strong process (interview notes, Jobvite process
adherence, candidate communications, etc.)
Effectively use and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS),
Jobvite, track candidates, maintain data accuracy, generate reports, and ensure
process compliance
Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion ratios)
and provide regular updates to leadership
