Years of Experience 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and
reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Handle GST compliance – returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B),
reconciliations, and notices
Manage TDS compliance – calculation, deductions, returns, and Form
16/16A
Ensure compliance with Income Tax, Companies Act, LLP Act, and
other statutory laws
Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, tax, and GST audits
Prepare and review bank reconciliations, cash flow, and fund planning
Monitor accounts receivable & payable
Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting
Handle accounting software such as Tally
Support management with financial analysis and decision-making
Ensure proper documentation and internal controls
