Group Chief Information Officer – Oracle Fusion / ServiceNow

Build and institutionalise the Group IT operating model across enterprise applications, service management, workplace technology, infrastructure-linked operations, and vendor-led services.

Lead and govern the enterprise technology landscape spanning Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft platforms, and overall IT Operations including ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM disciplines.

Establish strong service ownership, measurable support performance, release and change discipline, asset visibility, and executive reporting across the Group.

Improve end-user trust and business confidence in IT by driving stability, transparency, responsiveness, and operational accountability.

Support the CDO initiatives in Smart Constructions, Manufacturing Excellence, Data Lake, Agentic and other emerging technologies for EPC and Manufacturing (SEP/SELCO).
