Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of progressive HR operations experience with demonstrated experience supporting global or multi region populations.
Strong experience with process design, standardization, and automation
Hands on experience with HRIS platforms and operational reporting
Working knowledge of India labor laws and compliance requirements; exposure to US frameworks is a plus
Proven ability to manage complex, crossfunctional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated ability and willingness to manage and develop team members as the role evolves
Hybrid work schedule, requiring employees to work from office 2 days per week, totaling 8 in-office days each month, subject to change based on business needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across stakeholders
