Technical Lead – Embedded Firmware & Real-Time Systems

Years of Experience: 8–12+ years

Own technical delivery: estimation, sprint planning, architecture implementation, and integration milestones.

Remain hands-on: develop and review Embedded C/C++ firmware, device drivers, and platform code.

Establish coding standards, code review discipline, CI/CD pipelines, and test strategy (Git, CMake).

Drive performance optimization on multicore embedded platforms with real- time constraints.

Lead technical discussions with the customer and coordinate closely with the Principal Architect.
