Own intake and triage for the support queue. Sort issues from enhancements, set priority, and assign work to the technical team

Work directly with the client finance and treasury users to understand problems, reproduce issues and confirm fixes

Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for BW/4HANA, SAC and Analysis for Office changes

Investigate data discrepancies across source systems and help separate data issues from logic or reporting issues
