The RAD team will follow the Agile methodology, emphasizing iterative

close collaboration with stakeholders. To ensure alignment and quality, signoffs
will be required at the
end of every sprint from stakeholders, BAs, and QA teams.
• Ensure Proper Sprint Planning is done with defined tasks and all microservices
delivered
