• Offer Management: Generate offer letters, conduct offer calls, handle
negotiations
• Employee Records: Maintain HRMS, contracts, attendance, leave tracking
• Payroll Coordination: Work with accountant on salary inputs,
reimbursements, full & final
• Employee Experience: Be the first point of contact for team queries and
concerns
• Admin Operations: Office management, vendor coordination, travel bookings

• Review AI-generated candidate scorecards daily
• Monitor AI avatar interview completion rates and quality
• Handle candidates who face technical issues with AI interviews
• Flag false positives/negatives from AI screening to improve the system
• Manage the admin dashboard — track applications, submissions, decisions
