multitask to be able to manage Company operations, Recruitment and HR
functions.
Looking for a candidate with Excellent English communication skills –
verbal and written.
Need a strong personality with a go getter attitude and someone who
is hungry to grow in this position. We are not interested in hiring laidback
and/or passive candidates.
Must have good intelligence to be able to handle Employee queries and
grievances. Need someone level headed with ability to apply common sense.
Ability to establish relations with universities and IT training institutes to
recruit interns and recent graduates
70% Recruitment activities , 30% General HR functional activities
Skills
Good understanding of HR functions, roles, and responsibilities.
Experience in: Performance Management,
Grievance Management, Performance
Management, Labour Laws, Attendance
Management, Leave Management
Hands-on experience with online HR portals and ATS platforms.
Candidate should be mature and capable of handling responsibilities
