Prepare detailed functional specifications (FS / FSD) for RICEFW developments.

Explain functional requirements and business logic clearly to technical teams.

Coordinate with technical teams through development, testing, defect resolution and go-live.

Perform functional testing and support integration testing, defect analysis and issue resolution.
