Support the end-to-end hiring process: from sourcing and reviewing profiles to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
Assist in hiring for both technical (IT) and non-technical roles across different industries.
Review job descriptions and understand key skills to match with potential candidates.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and candidates.
Willingness to work in night (US Time Zone).
Flexibility to extend work hours occasionally based on work requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
