Job Role & Responsibility
A. Phase 1 (AI + Retrieval Systems)

Design and implement RAG pipelines (retrieval + generation)

Build embedding and chunking strategies for documents

Optimize retrieval quality (relevance, latency, accuracy)

Implement prompt engineering and output control

Design citation-aware response systems

Improve response quality and reduce hallucinations

Phase 2 (AI + Intelligent Systems)

Build AI-powered assistants for structured and unstructured data

Design systems for context retention and memory

Implement basic anomaly detection / pattern detection systems

Support automation workflows using AI

Work closely with backend systems for secure AI integration
