Years of Experience: 4–5 years
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktop systems, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, and other standard software.
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patch management.
Handle user account management (Active Directory, password resets, access rights).
Support basic network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, printer sharing).
Log and update service tickets using the organization’s ITSM tool.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11), MS Office 365
Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, remote desktop tools
Basic understanding of networking fundamentals
