Head of Infrastructure – Telecom or Mobile industry

 12+ years of experience in infrastructure leadership roles, including
hands-on and strategic responsibilities.
 Deep technical expertise across AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
(OCI), Azure, and traditional on-prem and bare metal deployments.
 Strong understanding of mobile telecom infrastructure, especially in
MVNO/MNO environments, including support for multiple tenants and
instances.
 Knowledge of key infrastructure KPIs such as latency, throughput,
availability, failover, and security posture.
 Proven leadership experience in building and managing cross-functional
infrastructure teams.
 Deep understanding of cloud networking, storage, compute, IAM, and
infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
 Familiarity with regulatory, security, and compliance standards
applicable to telecom and cloud services.
 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive
reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Certifications in AWS, OCI, Azure, or enterprise infrastructure
architecture.
