The Personal Lifestyle Assistant is responsible for ensuring the actor’s daily readiness,

comfort, and environment are consistently maintained at the highest standard. This role

requires trust, discipline, and emotional maturity, as the individual will work closely with the

actor in various personal and professional spaces — including home, sets, events, and travel.

Oversee and manage the actor’s complete daily setup and essential arrangements — ensuring every detail is prepared and in order before the day begins.

Maintain a seamless readiness environment, ensuring the actor’s day progresses without interruptions or delays.

Anticipate requirements in advance — from personal essentials to travel or on-set needs — and handle them with quiet efficiency.

Coordinate with the Manager, PA, and support staff for smooth flow of schedules and movement.

Stay alert and responsive to immediate instructions or unexpected changes with composure and professionalism.

Provide on-ground assistance during shoots, travel, or public appearances, ensuring the actor’s comfort and timing are never compromised.

Handle interactions, instructions, and feedback with patience, respect, and complete confidentiality.
