Years of Experience 1- 4 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall
marketing goals.
• Manage daily posting, engagement, and community management on
platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube.
• Manage and grow the personal social media presence of the Managing
Director, ensuring alignment with the companys brand voice and leadership
positioning.
• Plan and prepare a monthly content calendar, detailing campaigns, events, and
themes, submitting for approval from the Director.
• Coordinate and support photo and video shoots during employee engagement
activities, internal events, and celebrations.
• Create compelling content and video materials, designing events that the
Director will
attend or speak at, ensuring timely delivery and professional quality.
• Craft engaging, original content (text, images, videos, stories) tailored for
different social media channels and target audiences.
