The consultant will be responsible for ServiceNow implementation, configuration, enhancement, troubleshooting, and client-side support for the assigned module. The role requires hands-on experience in understanding business requirements, configuring ServiceNow modules, working with workflows, forms, tables, roles, ACLs, integrations, reports, dashboards, and supporting UAT / production activities. Candidate should be able to coordinate with client stakeholders and delivery teams for timely project execution.
