QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

• Extensive experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing complex

applications and systems (ideally 5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Solid understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to
effectively
collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bonus: Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium,
Cypress,
or TestNG
• Bonus: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Bonus: Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce testing practices
