Responsibility
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening,
interviews, and coordination.
Handle onboarding and exit formalities including documentation,
induction, and handover processes.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Support performance management processes, appraisals, and feedback
cycles.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and
internal communications.
Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, company guidelines, and statutory
requirements.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and
documentation.
Assist in drafting HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters,
confirmation letters, and exit documents.
Support management with HR reports and MIS.
