Handle basic LinkedIn messages on behalf of the Founder.
Maintain and update LinkedIn Sales Navigator lists.
Prepare reminders, follow-ups, and short weekly summaries.
2. Tracking & Coordination
Update and self-report progress using Monday.com boards.
Track deliverables, follow-ups, and operational tasks.
Assist with preparing internal checklists and operational reports.
3. HR & Compliance
Support HR compliance tasks: attendance tracking, onboarding files, and
documentation.
Coordinate with the accountant on payroll documentation and compliance
submissions.
Maintain employee records in an organised, secure manner.
4. Office & Operations
Manage basic office utilities: internet, supplies, cleaning, vendor
coordination.
Handle small procurement and routine office maintenance tasks.
