HAVC Design ENGINEER – (GATE Qualified)

Mechanical Engineering degree from a reputable institution
– Minimum 10 years of hands-on HVAC experience in design,
engineering, and project execution
– Proven track record with complex and large-scale
commercial projects
– Mastery of HVAC systems and components (AHUs, FCUs,
VRFs, chilled water, etc.)
– Expertise in preparing and reviewing:
– Shop drawings Engineering submittals
– RFIs and technical documentation
– Prior experience as a Project Engineer or in a leadership role
on large projects
– Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, and relevant design tools
– Strong technical acumen in HVAC systems design &
execution
– Excellent verbal and written communication
– Leadership and mentoring ability
– Initiative, persistence, and meticulous attention to detail
– Time and workload management
– Advanced computer literacy and proficiency with
engineering software
