Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications is mandatory.
Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM modules and business processes.
Experience writing detailed test cases and executing manual test scenarios.
Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
Experience with regression, functional, integration, and UAT testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience testing CRM integrations with third-party applications.
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is an
advantage.
Knowledge of SQL for data validation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
