Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
Liaise with legal and financial advisors to stay current on regulatory changes.
Payroll & HR Operations
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including salary disbursement, tax deductions, and statutory contributions.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with Indian labor laws.
Office & Financial Administration
Set up and manage the India office infrastructure and operations.
Operate and manage the local bank account with the highest level of integrity and transparency.
Coordinate with U.S. finance and HR teams to align processes and reporting.
Culture & Leadership
Champion Integris Group’s values and culture within the India office.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all India-based employees and vendors. |
