Monitor servers, network devices, and infrastructure using tools

Track CPU, memory, disk utilization, and uptime

Monitor OS, database, middleware, and application services

Raise and manage alerts/tickets for incidents

Monitor SAN/NAS storage and firewall systems

Track network parameters like bandwidth, packet loss, uptime

Coordinate patching activities with respective teams

Ensure system availability as per SLA
