Years of Experience: 2–4 Years
Manage major incidents end-to-end (initiation to closure)
Assess severity, business impact, and prioritize incidents
Conduct bridge calls with internal and external stakeholders
Drive resolution with technical teams within SLA timelines
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and document findings
Identify recurring issues and implement preventive actions
Manage Change Requests and participate in CAB meetings
Track and improve Mean Time to Restore (MTTR)
Prepare weekly and monthly IPC reports
