Years of Experience: 3–5 Years
Maintain BigFix Server, Relay, and Client infrastructure
Manage patch baselines, fixlets, and updates
Monitor agent deployment and compliance
Administer Endpoint Central / ServiceDesk Plus
Manage server health, upgrades, and configurations
Handle user roles, permissions, and onboarding
Hands-on experience with BigFix and/or ManageEngine
Knowledge of patch management and endpoint security
Experience in tool administration and monitoring
Good understanding of IT infrastructure
