KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management systems aligned with Saudi
Aramco General Instruction (GI) standards.
Conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSA), hazard identifications, and risk assessments for ongoing and
upcoming site activities.
Lead accident/incident investigations, determine root causes, and submit detailed reports with corrective
actions.
Conduct daily site safety audits, toolbox talks, and ensure strict compliance with Personal Protective
Equipment (PPE) standards.
Oversee site emergency response planning, spill containment protocols, and environmental hazard
mitigation.
