Years of Experience
4–6 years of Oracle EBS HRMS Payroll experience
At least 1 end-to-end Payroll implementation (preferred)
Experience in India payroll statutory compliance is mandatory
Experience in support and enhancement projects preferred
Lead and support Oracle EBS Payroll implementations and
enhancements
Perform end-to-end Payroll configuration in Oracle HRMS
Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, and payroll processes
Handle statutory compliance configuration for India Payroll
Manage payroll runs, pre-payments, costing, and reconciliation
Conduct requirement gathering and prepare Functional Design
Documents (FDD)
Support SIT, UAT, and production payroll cycles
Coordinate with Technical team for reports, interfaces, and
customizations
Resolve payroll-related issues and ensure statutory compliance
Support month-end and year-end payroll processes
