Oracle EBS – Payroll Functional Consultant

Years of Experience

 4–6 years of Oracle EBS HRMS Payroll experience
 At least 1 end-to-end Payroll implementation (preferred)
 Experience in India payroll statutory compliance is mandatory
 Experience in support and enhancement projects preferred

 Lead and support Oracle EBS Payroll implementations and
enhancements
 Perform end-to-end Payroll configuration in Oracle HRMS
 Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, and payroll processes
 Handle statutory compliance configuration for India Payroll
 Manage payroll runs, pre-payments, costing, and reconciliation
 Conduct requirement gathering and prepare Functional Design
Documents (FDD)
 Support SIT, UAT, and production payroll cycles
 Coordinate with Technical team for reports, interfaces, and
customizations
 Resolve payroll-related issues and ensure statutory compliance
 Support month-end and year-end payroll processes
