Job Role &
Responsibility
Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation &
Benefits implementations
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and client discussions
Lead design discussions, Solutioning workshops, and CRP sessions
Configure Compensation and Benefits modules as per business
requirements
Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration workbooks,
and solution documents
Support and coordinate UAT sessions, defect resolution, and go-live
activities
Provide post-go-live support and stabilization assistance
Work closely with technical team for integrations, reports, and custom
requirements
Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational compensation
structures
Support change management and user training sessions
