Job Title: Chief Financial Officer – Accounts (Male Only)

Location: Vile Parle West (Mumbai) &  Andheri East Mumbai

Reports to: Management

Pay Scale: In-between 38 – 40 L p.a. Vile Parle West

Pay Scale: In-between 50 L p.a. to 70 L p.a. Andheri East Mumbai

Age Limit : 45 – 52 Years Max

1. Financial Strategy & Investment Planning
Develop and lead the company’s financial strategy to support long-term
business goals.
Evaluate and execute capital investments, business expansion, and
diversification opportunities.
Lead project analysis, financial modeling, and feasibility studies for

new initiatives.
Drive fundraising strategies and investor relations, including IPO
planning and execution.
2. Banking & Treasury Management
Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury operations.
Optimize working capital, liquidity planning, and investment of surplus
funds.
Ensure effective cash flow management and risk mitigation.
3. Budgeting, Reporting & Compliance
Oversee financial budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across
departments.
Ensure timely and accurate MIS, board-level reports, and statutory
financial statements.
Maintain compliance with all financial regulations, taxation (IT/GST),
and legal requirements.
Liaise with auditors, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies to ensure
robust governance.
4. Legal & Corporate Affairs
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for ROC, CSR, contracts, and
company law.
Review commercial agreements, litigation matters, and business risk
exposure.
5. Operational Strategy & Cost Management
Align financial goals with operational strategies to improve business
performance.
Drive cost optimization across departments through process audits and
resource planning.
Monitor cost centers, procurement efficiency, and inventory control.
