Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programme management, and contract coordination.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with architects, structural consultants, and MEP consultants.

Prior exposure to luxury residential or villa construction preferred.

AutoCAD reading ability — ability to interpret drawings and issue
markups.
