Drive execution for AI Platform — roadmap, delivery, cross-functional
alignment,
dependency tracking, and multi-team program governance. This project has
very visible program structures with cross-dependencies amongst multiple
business units. The right person for this role will be self-driven, problem solver,
having superpowers of technical depth and influencing without authority. They
will be owning and driving end-end execution of various projects and impacting
many millions of customers with their efforts.

Role Responsibilities • Own AI program planning across ML, full stack, infra, and product teams.
• Define quarterly roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risk plans.
• Run execution rhythm: standups, reviews, OKRs, delivery tracking. Scrum of
scrums.
• Partner with engineering leads to unblock and accelerate execution.
• Communicate status and risks to senior leadership. Present and execute
derisking
strategies.
