BE/BTECH in Mechanical/Civil with 8- 10 yrs exp.
Diploma in Mechanical with 10 -12 years of experience in
building services design, PHE Design experience
Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed design of natural and
electro mechanical based HVAC systems in compliance with
local and international codes (e.g., NBC, IS standards, AHRAE/
ISHRAE/ LEED/ GRIGA, etc.).
Design heating, cooling, ventilation, smoke extraction, comfort
and process temperature control, healthy air systems and related
engineering systems for buildings and infrastructure projects.
Calculate heating and cooling loads, heat ingress, wall and
window typology, natural systems, conventions, conduction and
radiant systems for building comfort.
Develop hydraulic calculations for chilled and heated water
piping and pumping networks networks using software tools or
equivalent (e.g., HAP, Pipe Flow Expert, EPANET, Elite, or
manual methods).
Design and size chillers, pumps, stand alone systems, cooling
towers, earth air tunnels,
radiant systems etc for HVAC
Skills
Indian & international standards knowledge & Compliance to
code. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Design software. Excel
(macros) & Familiarity with autodesk Revit MEP in a BIM
environment.
