You will be working as the branch head of the location to manage & acquire new staffing business.
You will be responsible for the branch’s profit & need to manage the expenses according to the budget.
You will be responsible for full end-to-end client sales and account management from sourcing to on boarding the clients after successful staffing agreements.
You are responsible to team handling of IT recruiters & their target achievements.
You will have to manage the whole staffing business starting from the client acquisition to payment collection.
Prospect for potential clients using various direct methods such as cold calling, face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking, online marketing etc.
Responsible to achieve monthly, quarterly & annually revenue targets. Also responsible for submissions of daily, weekly monthly sales report to senior management.
