Years of Experience: 12–15 years

Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft data extraction — including full snapshots, incremental/delta extracts, and Change Data Capture (CDC) patterns.

Ability to work 5–6 hours per day overlapping with US Eastern Time (EST/EDT) for real-time collaboration with stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with senior leadership (VP/Director level) and explain technical concepts clearly.

Experience with source-to-target mapping (STM), data dictionary creation, and business rule documentation.
