US freight brokers- Freight Broker/ Team Lead/ Practice Head

 Experience in U.S. freight brokerage, preferably OTR and/or Drayage.
 Strong knowledge of U.S. freight lanes, pricing, carrier operations, equipment types, and accessorials.
 Hands-on experience with DAT, Truckstop, ITS Dispatch, Carrier411, and FMCSA SAFER.
 Strong understanding of carrier vetting, fraud prevention, and double- brokering risks.
 Strong customer development and sales skills.
 Strong negotiation and margin-management skills.
 Excellent written and verbal English communication.
