• Lead and manage the HVAC design team, providing technical guidance,
training, and
• professional development. Foster a collaborative and innovative work
environment.
Design & Engineering:
• Oversee the design of HVAC systems for new buildings, renovations, and
retrofits ( Clean room, Pharma, Process & Industrial application). Ensure all
designs meet relevant codes, standards, and sustainability requirements.
• Project Management: Manage multiple HVAC design projects from initial
concept through to completion. Develop project timelines, coordinate
resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring
clear communication of project progress, challenges, and solutions. Address
client concerns and ensure satisfaction with the final product.
• Quality Control: Review and approve designs, drawings, and specifications to
ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Perform quality
assurance checks throughout the design and implementation phases.
• Collaboration with Other Disciplines: Work closely with architects, structural
engineers, electrical engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless
integration of HVAC systems within overall building designs.
• Sustainability & Energy Efficiency: Incorporate energy-efficient designs and
sustainability practices into HVAC systems. Stay updated on the latest trends
in green building design and LEED certification.
• Budget & Cost Management: Develop cost estimates and manage project
budgets, ensuring designs are cost-effective while maintaining high-quality
standards.
