● Communicating with products department to find out what they hope to achieve
● Exploring different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts
● Creating documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved
● Creating functional specifications for solutions
● Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood
by the whole team.
● Governing and testing of solutions

Skills

● Minimum 7 years of working experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Writer
● Technical acumen to understand the system and discuss opinions with the
development team
● Demonstration of a portfolio
● Fluency in English is absolutely essential
● Ability to work under pressure, creating a peaceful working environment, where all
team members can grow as professionals
● Amazing problem-solving skills
● Commercial awareness on Telecom or/and Marketing Automation
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , and the ability to work with
people at all levels of an organization
● Confidence working with complex data and systems
