continuous improvement across all projects.
Role Responsibilities
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both
technical and non- technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for sprint planning and backlog management.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and servant-
leadership principles.
• Certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) is a plus, but not required.
• Capable of working independently and adapting to new challenges
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to shifting
priorities.
